Sunsport had a nameplate for her on the candidates’ table, and Vorsteg’s campaign manager Don Brown watched from outside the screened-in hall.

“Her objections don’t have anything to do with the people here,” he said. “She asked herself, `Is it suitable to bring my 10-year-old son?’ Her answer was no.”

But some of the residents still felt rebuffed by Vorsteg.

“If this had been a homosexual community she never would have done that. It would have been political suicide,” said Frank Reamer, a Sunsport resident with four children and a grandchild living at the resort. “But we’re such a small community it doesn’t matter.”

While Bill Martin professes that Continuing Care and he personally are blessed with “deep pockets”, the Martin project has NOT spent one dime in 4 years on the project in favor of funding lawyers and now ending in Bankruptcy.

Bill Martin and/or his companys do not own the Park, and never did. The announced “sale of the Park” rests with an outside chance the Bankruptcy Court will listen to his plea and rest the title in Continuing Cares name. His 5th Law firm in a row has recently withdrawn from representing him. T $ T management just recently paid over $100,000 voluntarily to Bill Martins lawyers to try and end this tyrade. Martin shows no appreciation.

T & T management of Stuart, Florida ARE including this Park as a continuing naturist facility in their overall plans if they are awarded the ownership. The Park residents are squarly behind T & T Management ownership.

The value of the residents forced contribution over the last few years to maintaining what will become someone else’s Park is appraised at about $130,000 so far.

Only one Park resident has filed suit against Bill Martin and his schemes … while Bill Martin and his companys have filed numerous law suits against several of the Park residents, the Gulvin family and T & T Management.
