Skinny-Dipping Adds Years to Life
The November 9 AARP Webletter features a segment with writer and radio producer Neenah Ellis about her new book If I Live to Be 100. Ellis traveled the country and interviewed centarians, compiling their stories and secrets of longevity. One of the the people she interviewed was a 109-year-old woman who still rows a boat daily and partially attributes her long and healthy life to skinny-dipping.
