PayPay, probably the best known method of paying for things on the Internet has often made arbitrary decisions about what may be paid for using their services.  In the past, PayPal usually banned those selling illegal goods or services, but now they seem to have taken it upon themselves to try to legislate their own morality on the rest of the world.

They have now determined that the Federation of Canadian Naturists (FCN) is a pornographer.   They have decided that subscription payments for Going Natural magazine violate their Terms of Use.

Chances are very good that this action is the result of one person in their bureaucracy making an arbitrary decision based on their own conclusions about what is and is not pornographic.  Unfortunately, with PayPal is is very difficult to actually get to talk to a real, live person.  They hide their telephone numbers very well, and rely on computer generated auto-responses to most email messages.

In This Issue Skinnydippers Tunick Shoot Christie’s Auction Body Acceptance Book Quick Links AANR.com AANR Memberships Nudist Events AANR Clubs		Skinnydippers Not Yet Able to Resume Swims Although the Surrey, B.C., Skinnydippers won a Supreme Court decision against the city of Surrey to re-establish their nude swims at the Newton Wave Pool in November, they have not resumed their swims. In a recent interview, Skinnydippers Recreation president Paul Andreassen said, “The city is making it as difficult as possible to get back in.” The Skinnydippers held regular late-night nude swims at the Newton Wave Pool until they were banned after a council vote. Andreassen said the city has set up nine conditions for the group’s return. The Skinnydippers have met all of the conditions except one which prohibits signing up new members poolside. Almost every nude beach has a character that everyone knows and expects to see.  Haulover Beach, Miami, Florida’s premier nude beach, has Larry Fleischman.

Just about everyone who has visited Haulover Beach has probably seen this man. It’s rare that you don’t spot Larry’s encampment of chair, coolers, flag, and windscreen almost as soon as you cross the dunes. An unbelievably dark tan and a mass of curly white hair make him stand out even among all the other well-tanned bodies.

His open greeting to everyone make him a friend to all who are fortunate enough to spend some nude time at the beach.  He’s been at Haulover since the beginning days. The following article from Miami New Times gives some insight into who is Larry Fleischman and why is he here.
